Visit us at the wash or sign up on our website. Choose the plan that suits you best, enter your vehicle details, and you're good to go!

You will be billed the day that you sign up. Your subscription will then renew on the same date every month. For example, if you sign up on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

Update your information on the secure online portal or contact us directly and we'll update it for you. It's quick and easy — we just need your new plate number or vehicle details.

You can only use your Club subscription on the vehicle that is registered to your account. If you'd like to add more cars, check out our Family Plan for discounted additional subscriptions!

Log into the customer portal, navigate to Manage Membership, and select Add Vehicle. Each extra eligible vehicle receives the Family Plan discount.

We will miss you, but we understand! You can cancel your plan through the Manage Subscription portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for cancellation to take effect.

You will no longer be charged after the current pay period ends. You can continue to enjoy unlimited washes until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you're welcome to come back anytime!

You can suspend your subscription through the Manage Subscription portal. We offer flexible suspension options for holidays and extended time away. Your subscription will pick right back up when you're ready.

To reactivate your subscription, please visit us in person at the car wash. Our team will get you set back up on the spot. Your plan will resume at the current pricing.
