Got questions about your wash subscription? We've got answers. And if you can't find what you're looking for, just reach out.
How do I sign up for the Wash Club?
You can sign up directly on our website by choosing your preferred wash plan and clicking 'Subscribe Now'. You'll need to enter your details, vehicle information, and payment method. It only takes a couple of minutes!
When will I be billed for my subscription?
Your subscription is billed every 30 days from your sign-up date. You'll receive an email receipt each billing cycle.
What happens if I get a new licence plate or a new car?
No worries! Just log into your Manage Subscription portal and update your vehicle details. Your subscription will carry over to your new vehicle seamlessly.
Can I use my subscription on more than one vehicle?
Each subscription is linked to one vehicle. If you'd like to add more vehicles, check out our Family Plan for a discounted price on each additional car.
How do I add an additional vehicle?
Log into the customer portal, navigate to Manage Membership, and select Add Vehicle. Each extra eligible vehicle receives the Family Plan discount.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription portal on our website. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel, you can continue using your subscription until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will expire and you won't be charged again.
How do I suspend my subscription?
Need a break? You can suspend your subscription through the Manage Subscription portal. Your subscription will pause and resume when you're ready.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
To reactivate your subscription, please visit us in person at the car wash. Our team will get you set back up on the spot. Your plan will resume at the current pricing.
