Subscription Terms

Please review our terms of agreement and conditions of service.

By purchasing, activating, or using a Wash Club Subscription, you are entering into a recurring subscription arrangement with Adore The Car Wash, subject to the Terms below and our Car Wash Conditions of Entry.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a Wash Club Subscription at Adore The Car Wash (whether at the pay station, online, or via promotion), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Wash Club Subscription Terms of Agreement and our Car Wash Conditions of Entry, available at adorethecarwash.com.au.

SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Wash Club Subscription provides unlimited washes and complimentary self-serve vacuum use for the registered vehicle(s), subject to these Terms and the Car Wash Conditions of Entry.

Subscriptions are vehicle-specific and linked to the licence plate(s) registered on the account. Only registered vehicles are entitled to access the Wash Club.

Subscription Use & Access

Wash Club Subscription provides access to services during the applicable billing period, not a guarantee of usage. Lack of use does not pause, suspend, or invalidate a recurring charge, and does not entitle the customer to a refund or credit.

BILLING & RENEWAL

  • Wash Club Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis every 30 days
  • Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled
  • Charges are processed using the payment method on file provided at sign-up
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and up to date
  • Payment details must be updated via the Manage Subscription Portal
  • If you experience difficulty accessing the Manage Subscription Portal, contact contact@adorethecarwash.com.au

Responsibility for Cancellation

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel a subscription prior to renewal via the Manage Subscription Portal. Failure to cancel remains the customer's responsibility, regardless of usage, intent, or misunderstanding.

CANCELLATION

  • Subscriptions must be cancelled via the Manage Subscription Portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle
  • Subscription access remains available until the end of the paid period
  • Cancelled subscriptions may be reactivated by the customer via the Manage Subscription Portal, subject to current pricing and availability
  • No partial refunds or credits apply for unused time

REFUNDS

Wash Club Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

No refunds or credits are provided for:

  • Unused washes
  • Partial billing periods
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Vehicle Condition & Use

All vehicles must comply with the Car Wash Conditions of Entry.

Adore The Car Wash is not responsible for damage arising from:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Loose, damaged, or aftermarket parts
  • Failure to follow signage, pay-station prompts, or staff instructions

No Reliance on Staff Statements

Any verbal or informal information provided by staff is general assistance only and does not vary these Terms. Customers must rely on the on-screen disclosures, receipt information, and published Wash Club Subscription Terms of Agreement.

Misuse, Fraud & Enforcement

Adore The Car Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription without refund for misuse, sharing, fraud, tampering, or breach of these Terms, including use by unregistered vehicles.

FAILED PAYMENTS, RETRIES & SUSPENSION

If a payment attempt fails, the Wash Club Subscription will not automatically cancel.

  • Payment may be re-attempted using the original payment method
  • Subscription access may be temporarily suspended
  • Access will be restored once payment is successfully processed

Adore The Car Wash reserves the right to cancel a subscription for ongoing non-payment if outstanding amounts remain unresolved.

Service Availability

Service availability may be impacted by maintenance, equipment faults, weather, or operational constraints. Temporary unavailability does not entitle customers to refunds or credits.

LIMITED GOODWILL REFUND

At the sole discretion of Adore The Car Wash, a maximum of two (2) monthly renewal payments may be refunded as a goodwill gesture only, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • A request is submitted by email to contact@adorethecarwash.com.au within 7 days of the last renewal payment
  • No wash redemptions have occurred during the applicable period
  • The original payment method remains valid and refundable

This clause does not create an entitlement or contractual right to a refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Adore The Car Wash excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Wash Club, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Adore The Car Wash may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
